Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. JAYAPRO SYSTEMS does not offer refunds or returns on any products or services purchased.

In the event that a physical product is received in a defective or incorrect condition, the Customer must notify us within 3 days of receipt at projects@jayapro.my. JAYAPRO SYSTEMS will assess the claim and arrange a replacement at our sole discretion.

For event services, all confirmed and paid bookings are non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details on cancellations.
