Terms & Conditions

1. “Customer” refers to the individual or company purchasing goods or services through JAYAPRO SYSTEMS.
2. “JAYAPRO SYSTEMS” refers to JAYAPRO SYSTEMS (SA0333281-V), a company registered in Malaysia.
3. “Products” refers to physical goods including printed materials, signage, and branding items supplied by JAYAPRO SYSTEMS.
4. “Services” refers to event management, exhibition booth fabrication, AV production, rental, and any other event-related services provided by JAYAPRO SYSTEMS.
5. By completing a purchase on this website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

Payment

6. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. No order will be processed until payment has been received and confirmed.
7. JAYAPRO SYSTEMS reserves the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.
8. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations

9. All sales are final. JAYAPRO SYSTEMS does not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed and payment received.
10. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be considered at the sole discretion of JAYAPRO SYSTEMS. An administrative charge of 30% of the total order value will apply if a cancellation is approved.
11. JAYAPRO SYSTEMS reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the Customer.

Returns & Refunds

12. All products and services are non-refundable once delivered or executed.
13. In the event that a physical product is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied, the Customer must notify JAYAPRO SYSTEMS within 3 days of receipt. JAYAPRO SYSTEMS will, at its sole discretion, arrange a replacement or rectification.
14. No claims will be entertained after 3 days of delivery or event completion.

Rentals

15. Rental items remain the property of JAYAPRO SYSTEMS at all times.
16. The Customer is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Full replacement cost will be charged where applicable.
17. All rental items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. JAYAPRO SYSTEMS reserves the right to charge for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Services

18. Event services are subject to a separate agreement, scope of work, and timeline confirmed between JAYAPRO SYSTEMS and the Customer prior to execution.
19. Any changes to confirmed event scope, design, or requirements requested by the Customer may incur additional charges.
20. JAYAPRO SYSTEMS will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather, or third party supplier failures.

General

21. JAYAPRO SYSTEMS reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
22. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
23. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
